Our work

Real jobs. Real time saved.

A look at what we have built for businesses here in Kuwait, and the work it takes off their team.

A gift registry the whole family can buy from, built from scratch

The owner wanted a proper Kuwait gift-registry shop, not a spreadsheet of links. We built the whole thing: thegiftlistkw.com. Shoppers browse 25-plus brands, set up a registry for a wedding or baby shower, and add gifts from the store or from any other website. Friends and family then buy a gift outright or chip in together on a big one. There is a same-day "last minute gift" option, the full site works in Arabic, and the team runs everything (orders, who bought what, fulfilment) from one dashboard. When a gift is bought, the right emails go out and the order is routed to the registry owner on their own, so nobody is copy-pasting order details by hand.

Live and taking orders at thegiftlistkw.com. Registries, group gifting and the order-and-email automation run end to end, so the team manages everything from one dashboard.

BelovedOne is a premium baby-gift shop where the gift is personalised, embroidery, print or engraving, before it ships. We built the store so a shopper can pick a product, add their personalisation and see it on the item before they buy, set up a baby-shower registry, and pay with K-Net or Visa. It works in English and Arabic. There is a built-in helper that suggests gifts and helps write the gift message. We co-built this with our development partner Divanshu, an even split on the work.

Storefront live and bilingual, with custom personalisation and on-item preview built in, plus baby-shower registries and K-Net and Visa checkout.

A wellness brand taken from a logo to a live shop

A new Kuwait wellness brand selling pilates grip socks and accessories came to us with a brand kit and not much else. We designed and built the whole storefront, pilatesocietykw.com: the full shop, product pages, an Arabic version, and the products loaded and live. We also built a custom touch most stores cannot do: on the everyday tote, a shopper can add a hand-embroidered monogram, pick the language, the letters, the font, the thread colour and where it sits, and see it on the bag before they order. The shop is live today with grip socks and the tote selling in Kuwaiti dinar.

Live and selling at pilatesocietykw.com in English and Arabic, with the custom monogram tote customizer built into the shop.

The technical lead that took a group-travel platform off spreadsheets

JoynTrips is a group-travel platform where hosts run trips and travellers book their seats and rooms. It was running on spreadsheets, Word contracts and manual payment tracking, with a mobile experience that broke on small screens. We came in as the technical project lead: we ran the discovery, designed the architecture, wrote the full feature roadmap and steered the build through the development team. The roadmap we delivered: a live organiser dashboard showing rooms and seats sold, payments received and each guest's payment plan, with CSV and PDF export, replacing the manual Excel tallies; auto-generated contracts in English and Arabic for every booking; a redesigned payment page with an instalment tracker on the MyFatoorah gateway; a mobile-friendly customer experience with proper search and filter; and a central CRM with automatic payment reminders and seat-reopen-on-refund. We co-led this with our development partner Divanshu, an even split on the work.

Took the operation off spreadsheets and Word contracts: a real-time organiser dashboard, bilingual contracts generated per booking, a redesigned payment flow and a central CRM, all delivered as the technical project lead.
